ODOMETER TAMPERING DISCOVERED!
When the 2013 Subaru Impreza was taken to the service center, it was initially stated that the engine would be replaced under warranty for free. However, it was later revealed that the odometer had been tampered with, and the buyer was told they would have to pay $10,490 for the repairs.
SERVICE INSPECTION IS A MUST
Dear Friends,
When purchasing a vehicle, always check its Carfax report and have it inspected by a professional service center.
Note: Vehicles that haven’t had regular maintenance or oil changes performed at service centers may not have mileage records available. However, specialized equipment at service centers can often reveal the actual mileage.
To exaggerate for emphasis, even if you’re buying a car from your father, make sure to take it to a service center for an inspection before paying. Find out the condition of the vehicle and any potential costs beforehand.
May your vehicle be well-maintained, with genuine mileage!
